Photo: My wife decided to go the expansive route, so she ordered the "California Burger," with an upgrade of onion rings, from fries. Photo: Thanks, Mike, for snapping our photo, as we are ready to enjoy a delicious lunch. This guy was not only a great server, but a really nice person, and he made my wife smile. Photo: Our friendly server, Mike, delivers our lunch. He noticed my camera and asked if I'd be interested in a photo. Photo: As I snapped the previous photo, our friendly server, Mike, walked by, with an order for another party. If you're a lover of "comfort food," as I am, Black Bear Diner will be your restaurant of choice. Black Bear Diner prides themselves on "classic American diner cuisine," and they definitely deliver on their promise. Photo: I just "had" to take a peek towards the kitchen. Breakfast is served anytime at Black Bear Diner, which always gets my interest! However on this early Tuesday afternoon, I was focused on a burger, as burgers always have my interest. Photo: The lunch menu is quite interesting, as it's printed on a piece of newspaper, and has all things about "black bears" printed on the menu. A friendly greeter seats you as you enter the restaurant. Photo: The dining room is HUGE, but it's comfortable and cheerfully rustic. Photo: As you enter the restaurant, you'll notice this sign. We're ready to enjoy lunch at this wonderful restaurant.
Photo: It's early Tuesday afternoon, March 21, 2017, at Black Bear Diner in Roseville. ThingsĪll came together on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, when my wife and I enjoyed lunch at Black Bear Diner, in Roseville.Īs with all of my reviews, I have no affiliation with the restaurant reviewed, and there is no monetary gain on my part, as I am simply a person who likes to eat, and I love to write-up, and publish my dining experiences. That was over four years ago, and I've been wanting to give the restaurant another try, and I especially wanted to try one of their burgers.
Shortly after the restaurant opened, the Sacramento Breakfast Club paid a visit, with very mixed results. Black Bear Diner has been open in Roseville since early January, 2013.
